State-of-the-art IT infrastructure in the north of Germany: the two ITENOS data centers in the Hamburg metropolitan region. Like all colocation sites, the data centers in Hamburg also offer physical security, data security, high availability and optimal connection of your servers in colocation areas or dedicated rooms. The certified ITENOS data centers are equipped with Cisco components and connected to the internet by two independent carriers via fiber-optic and copper cabling. The network is also IPv6-ready.

In our Hamburg Data Centers, you benefit from our customary range of services: On request, we exchange your hardware components and check or demolish them. We even take care of cabling in the rack and disposal of any packaging waste for you, as well as manual operation of the hardware. All actions are documented according to your own specifications – also via image capture if so desired.

Secure colocation: Hamburg Data Center (HAM1)

Security in the Hamburg Data Center (HAM1), with a floor area of around 405 m², is ensured not only by an access control system, but also by an intrusion alarm system with direct connection to the police and constant monitoring of the fencing as well as the building exterior. The external doors are also equipped with intrusion inhibitors and can only be opened using a special access card. The T30 steel safety doors in the building are monitored and alarmed and only grant access to the system room based on appropriate access control.

Optimal connectivity: Hamburg Data Center (HAM2) with DataLogistIX

Our second location in the Hamburg region is the colocation data center in Ahrensburg with a floor area of 10,000 m². The data center boasts a maximum power of up to 20 MW as well as a variety of certifications, including DIN EN 50600 Level 3, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Depending on individual needs, the IT infrastructure of our customers is well hosted in a variety of colocation racks, cages and rooms and ideally networked by a high-performance internet connection. Thanks to the connection to our high-performance DataLogistIX platform, our customers also benefit from direct cloud connects to all major hyperscalers, optimal carrier connection and other services from a single source.
