For the purpose of system security, each user access to our website or any file request is registered in a logfile. The registered data is not personal data, as we cannot retrace the user or the data. With each page view, the following data may be stored:

• website from which you are visiting us

On our website, data is gathered for marketing and optimisation purposes using technologies of etracker (www.etracker.com). From this data, anonymised usage profiles can be generated, possibly through the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the users's Internet browser. Cookies enable the indentification of the Internet browser. Without separate prior consent of the user, data generated through etracker technologies are not used to personally identify the user. They will neither be connected with personal data of the pseudonym. You can object to this data gathering and storage anytime with reference to the future.

We will not collect any other personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g., when placing an online order for a product or service, a survey, a competition, or a request for information. We do not generate personal profiles. We will evaluate stored data exclusively for statistical purposes. We will not disclose any data to third parties. As regards personal data stored in our systems, we have taken extensive technical and operational measures to protect them against unauthorised access. Our website is operated exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions in Germany.

We will use your personal data gathered during internet contact exclusively for the technical administration of the website and to meet your wishes and requests. We will inform you anytime and free of charge, which of your data we collected. For identification reasons, this information can only be given by email or post, not by phone. If you have specific inquiries regarding the modification, barring or deletion of your personal data, please contact ITENOS. Please note that data deletion cannot be performed until termination of all contractual obligations. Your data will be barred before it is deleted, e. g. your data will be excluded from use. 

In addition to the statutory provisions, ITENOS is also subject to the Privacy code of conduct of Deutsche Telekom.
