How it works

1. The user once registers with a voiceprint: he leaves a voice sample in the systems.
2. The system generates a voice profile from the voice print. The profile consists of a data matrix containing all unique characteristics of the user's voice.
3. The user calls the system and repeats an arbitrary sequence of numbers. The system compares the voice with the recorded voice profile.
4. If the two samples are identical, the user is given access. If not, access is denied.

Service Solution

The "VOICEIDENT^® Service Solution“ is operated in an ITENOS data centre (Software as a Service). This enables companies to employ proven, high-performance IT systems, location-independent and at clear costs without the need to invest in systems and their operation and maintenance. With "VOICEIDENT^® Service Solution“ companies can outsource entire administrative sections or processes.

Integrated Solution

"VOICEIDENT^® Integrated Solution“ is implemented in the technical environment of the customer's IT infrastructure. The customer bears the costs for system integration such as hardware and software as well as for consulting. Additional costs will be incurred in terms of license fees and of charges for lines provided.
